At Zada Fresh Farms, food safety is our top priority. We adhere to the most current guidelines that are established by State and Federal Government agencies. We strive to meet and exceed additional customer food safety requirements, procedures and guidelines. Our organization mandates Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Good Harvesting Practices (GHP) and Good Sanitation Practices (GSP) to ensure quality and safety throughout our growing, harvesting cooling and shipping processes. We do not settle for minimum and continue to exceed those practices by conducting one-acre microbial sampling, monthly water monitoring, and ongoing monitoring of adjacent lands to continually assure that the upmost care is being handled throughout our production. Our in-house experts work regularly to monitor and analyze our food safety programs and analyze procedures to ensure quality. Zada Fresh Farms and our growers pursue new and advanced field technology paired with thorough traceability methods to go above the standard industry specifications. We know that food safety is a changing program itself, so we are always furthering our education on the up in coming changes and guidelines among the industry.
